This fresh modern home is on first floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. Bright living room sliding doors opens to outdoor area with table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and WiFi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size, ceiling fan bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds and ceiling fan. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit on the property.
Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.
