The Space:
Step into the comfort of this village house, offering 180 sqm of living space on 2 levels. The ground floor features an equipped kitchen, a living room, and a separate toilet. The upper floor, accessible from the outside, boasts a second living room and three bedrooms with flexible bedding options. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and ensuite bathroom, while bedrooms 2 and 3 can be configured with either a double bed or two single beds. A bathroom with a washbasin and shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete the upper floor.
Quietly situated on a 2,400 sqm ground, enclosed with hedges and a gate, the house is located in the old village center. Accessible by car using a remote control, the village is closed to traffic. The private pool (5mx8m) is secured with a pool alarm and fencing, surrounded by 6 to 10 sunbeds, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Enjoy outdoor spaces with a large terrace at the back of the house and a smaller terrace at the front, both furnished with tables, chairs, and benches. Additionally, there is a small terrace at the back. The ground also provides one parking space, ensuring convenience during your stay.
Opposite the house you will find a local boules court.
Pets are welcome in the villa, but approval from the owner is required. Kindly submit your request during the booking process.
