Positive: We really liked the apartment La Rosa. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything we needed including an excellent washing machine, stove and gas cooktop and a large fridge.

Negative: Unfortunately, it was quite warm in the apartment during the hot weather, although the owner had installed a cooler and several standard fans which helped to cool the apartment down. Also, the plug in the kitchen sink does not seal properly, so it was difficult to do the washing up.

Summary: A delightful apartment, ideally located, and very comfortable.
