Summary: The only reason this hotel is recommendable is the location. Otherwise, the hospitality and customer service is horrible. We arrived and there were ants on the wall over the bed and on the sheets. We were given a can of ant spray and told to spray and leave the room. There was no hot water unless we asked them to turn on the water heater and only after going down stairs twice to ask. I asked them for 2 extra towels and they wanted to charge me $50 for them. I am not sure how other hotels are in the area but the only reason to put up with the poor service is being able to look out the window at the water and wake up to the sea lions barking. Book with caution.
