Sweeping Pacific perspectives from San Clemente Island and sunsets over Catalina Island from the master bedroom. The Home features extraordinary attention to detail. The entire home has been recently furnished in a sophisticated and understated style with 3 Master bedrooms suites, 3 baths, dining room, gourmet kitchen, outside patios and lawn and garden as well as use of a garage. Amenities include private gated community private beach and tennis courts and the home amenities include steam room, wide screen, hi def tv's in both entertainment areas as well as wi-fi, luxury linens and towels and an outdoor fireplace and fire pit.
The Chef's kitchen features new appliances and custom cabinets, stone counter tops, entertainment island and is fully equipped for cooking and dining. The entrance level is an open floor plan with entertainment area, fireplace, dining and kitchen.
