Panoramic, breathtaking views of constant-level Lake Austin. Sunrises and sunsets are waiting for your enjoyment. Directly below the house, you have access to your very own private boat dock and party park. The boat dock fits a 25 ft boat which can be dropped in at the Apache Shores private lake access ramp 100 yards from your own private boat dock. The community pool, BBQ/picnic area (on the river), tennis/basketball courts are also at your disposal.
The house presents the best of both worlds - being built at the highest elevation of the property (~200 ft above Lake Austin) in order to capture views of the surrounding hills & the waterfront area created to capture the beauty of the crystal clear waters of Lake Austin. Your private dock is a one-minute drive down to the lake via a gated, private entrance for the ten waterfront owners of the subdivision. This area of the lake is quickly becoming known as Paddleboard / eFoil Heaven due to the minimal boat traffic and the crystal clear waters and the solitude one finds on this part of Lake Austin.
