Positive: Nice location.
Negative: No paper towels, or dish towels. No coffee filters. Ice cube trays? Please! Bathroom was micro size and no counter space. Cigarette burns in couch.Only a window unit for air, but couldn’t find anywhere to get heat! Dim to no lighting on the interior stairwell up to our second story apt. Dangerous! Many tenants in this old building and it sounds like elephants walking around upstairs. Finally, I am an art fan. If you are creeped out by paintings by Salvador Dali, you probably wouldn’t want to stay here.
Summary: Decent, but too many issues for me to stay here again.
