Summary: The unit itself is cozy and feels very much like a home, with very personal decorations and furniture. Hands down the best feature is the wraparound balcony overlooking the water, big enough to host two separate seating groups with tables. Sound does travel pretty freely within the unit which is not ideal, but to be expected for construction of this age; the upper level unit wasn't occupied when we arrived, so it's difficult to evaluate unit-to-unit noise. The landside neighborhood is pretty quiet, but with Margaritaville immediately across the inlet, there's always something going on.
