An amazing home on the water with an easy walk down to a private dock! The home offers amazing views of the sunset and multiple decks to enjoy the view of the lake at any time, day or night. The home is walking distance to the bars and restaurants within Camden on the Lake, H. Toads, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators! It is also a short, easy drive to shopping and other attractions on
'the Strip'!
We have most kitchenware that you will need for you stay and limited seasonings and condiments available. There is an outdoor propane grill, a lily pad, and a jumping platform on for guest use on the dock!
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.
The NUMBER OF OCCUPANCIES:
12 people (up to 10 adults) occupancy maximum.
If you have more than the maximum people allowed staying at the house without advance request and payment, you will forfeit your deposit.
Please, keep in mind our home means a lot for us and we would like you to treat it with respect.
Therefore, we do NOT allow bachelor, bachelorette, or parties of any kind. We also do not allow smoking, vaping, and drugs inside or on the property.
PETS:
We do not allow pets on the property, if pets are brought on the property, you will forfeit your deposit.
WATERCRAFT:
Guests are not allowed to use or climb onto the SeaDoo PWCs or the boat. If guest bring their own boats, they must be properly moored to the North side of the dock, opposite of the swim platform. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that boats are tied appropriately and that proper bumpers/fenders are used to ensure that there is NO contact between the dock and the boat at any time. Guests will be responsible for all damage.
