Summary: My friend came from Illinois and this was a first time to Lake Havasu for us both. The property was in fairly good shape. We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that needed attention such as more bath towels and washcloths, tub needs non skid strips as it was slippery getting in and out, comforters needed to be cleaned of "interesting stains" on it, needed a box fan for use on the covered patio, patio lighting needs attention as it flickered a lot, lack of shade on upper patio. There was a golf cart on premise, would have been a nice option to pay for as the pool was quite the distance away from the property. So this lends itself to this question, would we stay here again? It is a 50/50 chance if improvements were made.
