Located near the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, and just 30 minutes from Whistling Straits, Kohler Spa, and Road America. This unit is handicap accessible with no stairs required for entry, wider hallways, lower counters, grab bars, and a roll-in shower. Entry is via mobile app; no keys or fobs provided.
****Renters and guests of this condominium unit do NOT have access to or use of the Blue Harbor Resort water park and WILL NOT TRY TO PURCHASE a Day Pass, since the unit owner obtained a waiver of the Resort Amenity Fee.****
Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 2 laundry pods, bath towels, fresh linens, and a few garbage bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their stay. Please note: we do not supply beach chairs or beach towels, so guests should bring their own.
