Located in beautiful Bolton Landing. 2.5 acres lakefront. Private dock, sandy beach. House is cedar and stone inside and out. Decks overlooking lake. Pool table, fireplace, Foosball table, and 6 person indoor jacuzzi. Use of kayaks and canoes at the dock. Beach has wooden play-set, lounge chairs , and fire pit. Truly a beautiful family home. Great for reunions. 1 mile north of the Sagamore in Northwest Bay.
Great for all Seasons: Enjoy the foliage in autumn, skiing at Gore mountain or west mountain, snowmobiling, ice fishing or the beauty of the lake in the spring without the crowds.

Summary: The house was located in a beautiful area of Bolton landing. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for all our guest. Few items to consider: - Beautiful decks, a lot of stairs. From and to the boat dock - Single boat slip might be an issue unless you have a 16+ passenger boat.
