We highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles in the winter as the driveway is steep

House Rules:
-No pets allowed on property - $150 additional cleaning fee applies

-Guests must utilize life jackets while on dock or using lake equipment
-Trash etiquette: Guests who have reservations through Wednesday night will be asked to kindly roll their garbage to the street for pickup Thursday morning. Excess trash from large groups must be removed by the guest if bags do not fit in red trash-can outside. Wind and animals can be a big problem in the area. If excess trash is not removed, a $50 fee for same-day disposal will apply.
-Lawn maintenance will be done by our groundskeeper on Mondays, so expect them to be keeping the Lake House pretty and well kept for you during that time!
-If more than 12 people are enjoying the property, a charge of $25 per person, per day, will be incurred by the guests.
-Unauthorized late checkout of more than 15 minutes will incur a $50 fee. Unauthorized late checkout of more than 2 hours will incur the full rate of the following night without the ability to stay that night.
Collection of guest contact information along with ID verification and damage waiver/security deposit will be handled via a unique link for each guest. This process will need to be completed before check-in for each reservation.
