Summary: Our stay was great. The house was exactly as described, it was very clean and comfortable, and the outdoor seating areas were very enjoyable. The only issue was that we never received check-in instructions in advance. About 30 minutes before our check-in time, I had to call VRBO and then Evolve to find someone who could tell us how to access the property (the door code). I received an email with those instructions an hour after check-in, so I’m guessing there was a technical glitch. Earlier in the day I had sent messages through the VRBO app asking for the instructions, but those messages weren’t returned prior to checking in, either. I’ve never had a problem getting check-in instructions from VRBO before, so I’m hoping there was just a technical problem. We’d definitely reserve this property again!
