Ensuite shower room: thermostatically controlled fixed head shower, WC and handbasin. Bedroom 2: twin bedroom, chest of drawers, lamps. Family bathroom: separate bath and shower with thermostatically controlled, fixed head shower, WC and hand basin, heated towel rail. Utility room: washing machine and space for drying.
First floor: Kitchen and living area: bespoke handmade kitchen with electric AGA cooker, dishwasher, American style fridge, separate freezer, kitchen sink with mixer tap, good storage, table and six chairs. Two sofas and coffee table. Lounge: three large sofas, large flat screen television. Master bedroom: 5' double bed. Bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, dressing table and chair. Ensuite shower room: shower enclosure and thermostatically controlled fixed head shower. WC and handbasin.
Entertainment: TV with integral DVD. For families: Outside: beautifully designed garden and terrace with lawns. Parking: gravel drive with parking for three cars. General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are reminded to bring their own towels for the beach. Central heating. No smoking. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
