Das Ferienhaus im Landhausstil, Baujahr 1935, befindet sich in Bestlage beim Auerbach. Die große Terrasse, Balkon und Garten bieten alles für einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Oberaudorf. Das 138 qm große idyllisch gelegene Ferienhaus mit Kaiserblick wurde 2014/2015 komplett renoviert - alte Dielenböden über 3 Räume erhalten. Die Ausstattung mit großem Wohnzimmer, Speisezimmer mit offener Küche lassen Sie Ihren Urlaub entspannt genießen. Eine Garage und mehrere Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Freizeitangebote für Jung und Alt finden sich am Ort und in der näheren Umgebung. Im Sommer gibt es eine Vielzahl an Wanderwegen, Möglichkeiten zum Radeln und Mountainbiken, den Erlebnisberg Hocheck (Sommerrodelbahn, Waldseilgarten, Sagenweg, Oberaudorfer Flieger), Badeseen etc. Im benachbarten Kiefersfelden befindet sich eine Wasserskianlage. Im Winter kann man am Skigebiet Hocheck (mit Rodelbahn und Flutlichtbetrieb) oder im Skiparadies Sudelfeld Skifahren oder Snowboarden. Langlaufloipen sind bei entsprechender Schneelage gespurt. Das Wohnzimmer führt direkt zur Terrasse und dem 650 m² großen Garten. Bei der Komplettrenovierung 2014/15 wurden die Naturholzböden abgeschliffen und versiegelt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es sowohl eine Dusche mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine als auch ein separates WC. Eine offene Holztreppe führt in das helle Obergeschoss. Hier finden Sie drei separate Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbetten, 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten / 2 Zimmer davon mit Balkon) und ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Das Haus ist mit max. 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre belegbar.
