Due to the difference in height and the distance to the pedestrian zone, it is still quiet and not visible on the street side. So you don't have to be afraid that passers-by will count the rolls on your breakfast table.

The 18 sqm terrace leads to the separate entrance of the apartment - no climbing stairs, instead plenty of space for dogs and children. With dark click tiles and rattan furniture, the outdoor area is kept in a lounge style. The seating group is designed for up to 6 people. There are also two loungers available.
