This 100-year-old historical home has over 2,300+ sq. ft. and 2 stories of living area. It comfortably sleeps up to 20 people in beds, plus 2 on futons in the Living Room. Throughout the home there are 9 bedrooms (4 on the main level and 5 upstairs) and 3 bathrooms. There is room to set up air mattresses for additional sleeping spaces, or the 2 futons in the Living Room. Additional charges for parties with more than 14 guests. There is a 1-acre backyard retreat complete with a large ball court, picnic area, and playground.
NOTE: HISTORICAL HOME HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED WITH MANY CUSTOM FEATURES. NEW INSIDE AND OUT, MAKING THIS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
There is a new fully equipped and functional large kitchen. The kitchen includes all the necessary amenities and kitchenware to host and cook your meals. You will find a Keurig coffee machine with a supply of regular single serve coffee pods. There is also a 12 cup regular coffee pot with filters and coffee. In the kitchen, you will find a complimentary gift basket for you to enjoy.
Plasma TVs with DVD players and cable with over 100 channels throughout the home.
There is a gas grill on the outside patio in the backyard along with a fire pit and ample seating for your party. Also, there is a 1-acre playground and basketball court in the back yard. A basketball and lawn games are supplied.
