Above the covered patios is an enormous balcony with plenty of loungers and great views. The balcony is accessible from the master and another secondary bedroom. The home includes a propane grill (tenant to supply propane).

It also has a slider out to the extra large balcony with loungers for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bathroom has a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanities make-up and counter. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have either a King or Queen bed, TV, large closet and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. One of these bedrooms has a great desk/office area and the other has access to the balcony. All beds are furnished with new, high-end mattresses offering various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.
For larger parties, the home also offers guests the comfort of memory foam mattresses on 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the game room. Additional sleepers available if needed.
