Positive: Clean. Location. Terrace provided in case is needed - I would however recommend a night light on the terrace and also maybe a barbecue in case it is desired. Good price-quality ratio.
Negative: Only one toilet on the ground floor, which makes it quite inconvenient to use it at night, especially if you sleep on the 2nd floor. Garbage recycling requested by the owner but no bins provided for proper recycling. It is getting hot on the top floors - not recommended in the summer months ( AC would be beneficial). Only one small mirror in the bathroom.
