The property of approximately 6 hectares is located in a Natura 2000 site, in a rural environment, between valleys and Barthes, and close to many activities, with the beautiful Landes beaches and the coast just 21km away. We offer you a rejuvenating, ethical and sustainable stay in this historic building, which has been completely renovated with respect for its environment, using natural and healthy local materials, and modern processes intended to promote energy savings. Solar panels, exposed stones and beams, whitewash paints, wooden furniture, soft and light colors ... create a warm and harmonious decor in line with our values. We have been keen to offer you 3 comfortable eco-lodges and quality services for a peaceful break with complete peace of mind. A unique address, between the countryside and the ocean, to be discovered all year round. The Ecogite Le Fadet is planned for 4 people. It has a private entrance and access from its wooden terrace which also offers garden furniture, two sunbeds and a plancha. Another entrance is possible, through an airlock serving this gîte, its neighbor (reference 20986) and the two guest rooms upstairs. Everything has been thought out and designed to ensure calm and privacy for all. This eco-lodge offers on the ground floor, a day room with living room (pellet stove, TV, bluray DVD, WIFI, cable internet access), dining room and open kitchen equipped (induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine -crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a bathroom (large extra-flat tub shower, washing machine), separate toilet.
