Le P'tit Martolod, luxury 3-room apartment, full sea view over the Bay of Douarnenez, exceptional location (for 4 people and 2 children possibly in the cabin room, exclusively reserved for children up to 16 years old) ---- CAUTION ---- If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity initially planned, the owner will strictly refuse additional people, any modification or breach of contract will be considered on the initiative of the client.
On the 3rd floor with elevator, in a quiet and secure residence, the apartment is ideally located for enjoying the Brittany coast, in the very heart of the tourist district of TREBOUL.
Restaurants, the center of THALASSO VALDYS, sailing school, the beach, the marina, tennis courts, coastal paths, shopping area are in the immediate vicinity. For the greatest pleasure of young and old, the residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from June to mid-September) with deckchairs for basking in the sun (use is strictly reserved for the tenants of the residence).
A parking space in the basement with a digital code will be allocated to you throughout your stay and have been reserved exclusively for you. Your vehicle will be parked exclusively on the space provided for this purpose (the space number, the parking code and the reception code will be provided to you when booking).
A shared laundromat and dryer are available as well as a ping-pong room in the basement.

- a cabin bedroom, 2 bunk beds (80x190cm) only and only dedicated to children (prohibited for adults) and its storage (a cupboard and storage drawers), 1 pillow per child and its draw sheet and 2 duvets 150X200cm.

- The cleaning option is included in the price, but however for the respect of all, we will ask you to respect the places as well as possible and make them clean.
- Bed linen is not provided (option on request, ie 15 euros / bed) includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases - TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE MANAGER--
- Provide your bathroom and table linen (tea towels, towels, washcloths, tablecloths, etc.), we will not provide them.
- WIFI (wifi is available in the building, however, you must subscribe to a PASS wifi (payment with your credit card), depending on your needs. An explanatory brochure in the apartment or at the reception of the residence will be available.
- The tourist tax will be collected by ABRITEL (new law).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
- Arrivals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and departures at 10 a.m. on SATURDAY (firm schedule to be confirmed with your local manager, we will give you their contact details when booking). We ask you to respect the fixed schedules as closely as possible.
- A deposit of 500 euros will be requested by check on the day of your arrival and returned by post after the stay (between 8 and 10 days).
