Positive: We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The house is a relative new-build, wood and stone, modern architecture, with very good sound insulation. The owners have a keen eye for design and quality, and it is felt all around: colour themed room interior, including bed linens, small but exceptionally nice bathroom, decors, terrace, the garden... The property is placed on the very shore of the Seine, one can walk along it and marvel at the natural beauty before (or after) visiting the garden of Claude Monet. The owners speak very good English and will gladly recommend activities in the area. We used their help to book a dinner at the "Crêperie Fleur de Seine à Vernon". Thanks, Caroline and Richard!
Negative: Small roads in there. It does not apply to the property, but driving the small roads there is a torment.
