Little Estura is fabulous modern detached house set within the lovely area of Salting’s Reach just on the outskirts of the village of Lelant and the stunning Hayle estuary is perfect for friends and family holiday seeking a Cornish getaway for autumn and winter breaks.
The lovely sitting room is light and airy with two comfortable sofas, a fifty-inch Smart television, and modern art décor throughout. The adjoining dining room has a large, extending table; perfect for hosting superb dinners or family game nights; make use of the selection of board games within the cupboard stores. From the dining area, doors open into the enclosed rear garden. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a relaxed breakfast or prepare an evening feast; and there are a few extras such as the slow cooker.
The handy utility room is also located on the ground floor and sits alongside the kitchen it comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin and WC. For those who need to catch up on work while they are away there is convenient office with a desk and chair.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor; a king-size bed with a large walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room, as well as two double bedrooms which are serviced by the family bathroom.
Outside is a lovely and enclosed garden with high wooden fencing, a feature wooden pergola with a garden table and chairs as well as a charcoal barbecue. It is ideal for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining and for letting the little ones play.
Located to the west of the Hayle River in the charming village of Lelant; Estura is roughly a thirty-minute stroll from both the lovely RSBP nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and the stunning, golden sands of Porthkidney beach. You can also catch a train from the local station and enjoy a day out in the wonderful St Ives.
Estura is also available year round for reservations, sleeping a total of 10 guests, making this the ideal choice for larger groups to enjoy this wonderful property.
