The first floor comprises a large, very light and comfortable living room, dining room (seating six) and adjoining fully fitted kitchen for convivial living and entertaining. A small study nook is located in the turn of the entrance staircase, for peaceful work and writing..
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The top floor has two bedrooms - the master with kingsize (5ft wide) bed and en suite bathroom with bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, and up a short flight of stairs is the third, small single bedroom. These two are served by the family bathroom, with shower stall.
ACCESS & SUITABILITY
The maisonette principally occupies two floors. This excludes the top staircase to the third bedroom and the entrance staircase from the apartment door. There are two flights of stairs to this door from the street level entrance.
