The first floor has three bedrooms, a full laundry room with 2 washer and dryers, a kitchen with custom cabinetry, a full Sub Zero refrigerator, dual-zone wine cooler, ice maker, Keurig, toaster, and easy access to the outdoor Weber Genesis Grill. This one of a kind home has breathtaking atrium and rotunda ceilings finished in teak which accentuate the stunning views of the beach from the North and South. The open floor plan flows from the dining areas through to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, a dual-zone wine refrigerator, ice maker, Sub-Zero, and Wolf appliances. The expansive deck off the living room will be an ideal area for further enjoying the summer vista of the seaside. The third floor master suite offers a private oasis to enjoy northern ocean views off the private deck. The custom design of the master bath features an exquisitely tiled glass shower and a separate soaking tub with direct Southern views of the beach. The meticulously designed pool area invites a welcome respite from the summer sun. The newly built saltwater pool finished in quartz, is heated, and features a sun-shelf. There is an outside shower and changing room off the pool deck. The home will be stocked with 8 beach tags and 2 adult Cruiser bikes. The home and exterior are equipped with multiple zone Sonos speakers, and 8 Smart televisions, including in all bedroom. All tvs are equipped with Comcast Deluxe TV package. Multiple week stays include weekly cleanings on Fridays.
