This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy all of the amenities of home in this newly renovated and freshly updated Scottsdale duplex. Excellent location less than a 10 minute car ride from Old Town or Tempe. Perfect for families, business travelers, couples, retirees, friend groups, etc.
Two bedroom, two bathroom and attached two car garage. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need such as pots, pans, utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee service, spices. And plenty of glassware provided to celebrate a special occasion! The space has been remodeled with new floors, paint and fresh touches. All bedrooms have new queen mattresses, bedding, towels and décor. Toiletries are provided as well. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use adjacent to the two car garage. Laundry soap and softener provided. There is a small backyard, however, it is not currently landscaped so we do not include it as a feature in our listing.
