Steps from the trails and open space, a short walk to Chautauqua and CU, and a mile to Pearl, this newly-renovated 4 bedroom /4 bathroom modern farmhouse is family-friendly and perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Located in a coveted neighborhood just under Chautauqua, this impeccably appointed home epitomizes Boulder living.

Open floor plan includes fireplace seating, TV viewing area with flatscreen TV and console stocked with games and puzzles, large farmhouse dining table that comfortably seats 8-10 and sliding doors to outdoor deck with sitting area.
Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with island seating, desk and large butler’s pantry. Wolf, SubZero and Bosch appliances including two ovens, microwave and any small appliance you could need.
Full bathroom, laundry room, mudroom and bar.
High-speed Internet. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO Max and Disney+ on all televisions.
Upstairs:

Master bedroom with King bed and Essentia mattress, flatscreen television and comfortable sitting area. Master bathroom includes Bain Ultra soaking tub with thermomasseur and chromatherapy, as well as a large steam shower.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, large sitting/standing desk and adjacent bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, desk and large flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 4 has 2 Full-sized bunked beds.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with walk-in shower and large trough sink.
