Welcome to the Pays Morcenais region, just 20 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan and the Arjuzanx National Nature Reserve, in the small village of Ousse-Suzan, a haven of peace nestled between cultural and natural heritage. You'll enjoy a preserved natural environment with vast pine forests. You'll love strolling through the woods along the "Sources Trail" on its many marked paths, sharing festive moments, and discovering our local cuisine. The Arjuzanx site, 15 minutes away, offers a supervised beach and numerous water sports, including paddleboarding and pedal boating, as well as walking or cycling around the lake via two lovely routes. The Lou Barado house, where you'll be staying, is a fully furnished, single-story home built entirely of wood: frame and wood fiber insulation, a true haven of peace in the heart of the forest. This bioclimatic house promises a relaxing stay in a place steeped in tradition. Nestled on a wooded plot of approximately 2800 m², the house offers: • A bright living room with French doors opening onto the garden and terraces. • A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, 2 electric ovens, and microwave.
