A luxury two bedroom, 2 bathroom, semi-detached townhouse situated in the exclusive La Torre 5* Golf Resort, near Murcia. It is furnished to a superb standard and is fully equipped including a 32' LCD HD TV, FREE WI-FI, DVD, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, AIR CONDITIONING (in lounge/dining room and both bedrooms), central heating and a digital safe. For those with young children there are 2 COTS with deluxe mattresses, 2 HIGHCHAIRS and a stair gate available to use at NO EXTRA COST, unlike others who will charge for these items. There is a covered terrace on the ground floor and 2 other sun terraces on the 1st and 2nd floor where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity and stunning views of mountains, sunset and melon fields. We are very conveniently located, with the Clubhouse, resort centre and supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The resort boasts a number of restaurants, bars, swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis courts, a hair and beauty salon. There are also plenty of activities for the non golfer.
La Torre Golf Resort: La Torre Golf Resort is a 5 star luxurious golf resort characterised by a Mediterranean-style, white-washed properties and wide avenues flanked by trees, fountains and gardens. Structured around a large, 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 1.4 km2 resort also has tennis courts, several swimming pools including a jacuzzi, a gym and a children pool and a number of play grounds.

Summary: Spacious town house in a goood location on the urbanisation. Only negatives were the lack of wifi (which the owner tried to resolve) and kitchen cupboards/glasses etc could do with a sort out and clean. An idiots guide on using the TV would be helpful as couldn't seem to get that to work either. Dreading the data charge!
