The dining area flows into the living space which is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax and enjoy a light meal at the café table or cocktails in the cozy seating area overlooking the marsh.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has 2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees. There is a sleeper sofa provided as well for additional sleeping space.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool.
