Summary: We had a great time in Breck, and Gina's place is in a very good location, just within walking distance from town (for us sea level folks). The house was clean, just as described, and Gina was very responsive. The only disappoinment was that the gas fireplace was broken when we were there, but since the air is so dry in CO, we may not have used it much anyway. Would stay again. Sincerely, the Blue Crabs.
