The first level of the home features a sunny kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, separate dining area, living room with 28" TV, and a bedroom suite with a full-sized bed and bathroom. The second level has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with two twins. The second floor also features a full bathroom. Throughout the home are great amenities like WiFi, A/C units, and Cable TV as well as an enclosed outdoor shower! The exterior of the home offers a lofty deck complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, overlooking the wooded privacy of an undeveloped area.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented homes for the entire Summer the past 5 years and enjoyed this home, its location especially the close proximity to the bike trail. RP & the owner were great in addressing a bedding issue. The twin beds, comforters and pillows could use some updating along with providing a propane grill. Would rent this home again.
