This is a fully redecorated modern frontline first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, marble- look floor and lovely decorated terrace to enjoy your outside dinning, and is available for:
SHORT TERM RENTALS : up till 10 days from 1st of May till 31st October
LONG TERM RENTALS = more than 10 days: from 1st November till 30th April .
This comfortable holiday apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a full size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet). 2 travel cots and 1 high chair for baby. Air-conditioned, heating, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, 55-inch google TV , beach toys , tennis and beach -rackets/balls, umbrellas + beach/pool chairs, radio, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair drier, towels, cleaning service,... .The whole family can relax by the large communal swimming pool (baby pool, 2 showers, with bar/restaurant. Or you can go for magnificent walk on the sea promenade along the cliffs. Car and bicycle rental. Outside the building there are 2 public electric car loading stations independant of our community A lot of things to do in the area. Airport Alicante 40 min - Murcia 20 min Note that rentals up to 10 days will only be possible in June July August and September Rentals as from 11 days all the other months.
