Four bedroom home suitable for 6-7 people with two full bathrooms large terrace and garden. The ground floor offers a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with patio doors opening onto the garden. The master bedroom leads off the living area with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and oversize bath.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms which share a modern bathroom with bath and shower.

Summary: The house is absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, well appointed, larger than shown in the pictures, has a wonderful view of the lake, and had everything we needed. The house is a short few minute drive down into town and the lake, but removed enough to have peace and tranquility. We stay at a lot of home away houses, and this was near the top. The owners were also super accommodating. If you're looking for a house in Annecy, this is the ONE!
