Beautiful 3 bedroom home with an amazing pool and entertainment area. Located on Gentle Creek Golf Course in a quiet neighborhood. Pond and Pavilion across the street. Large kitchen and media room directly off the pool/patio. PGA Frisco is 15 minutes away, Frisco Star is 20 minutes away and Downtown Dallas is 45 minutes away.
POOL: The pool is for use by renters only. Guest acknowledges that it is aware that there is no lifeguard service, and that therefore the supervision of all users is Guest’s responsibility.
Guest assumes all responsibility and liability for use of the pool and any accidents or incidents that might occur therefrom.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold owner, manager and the home-owner harmless from any and all claims, losses and injuries (including death) resulting from or related to Guest’s use of the pool.

Summary: A beautiful gated community that was safe and quiet, the house was more than expected, spacious and comfortable. Morning sunrises and an occasional hot air balloon over looking a beautiful golf course. Close to great shopping and numerous restaurants. Perfect for relaxation! Exactly what we wanted. Host couple were the best! Easy to communicate with if anything was needed, but everything was perfect. Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Thank you
