This bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is available for weekly or monthly rental on exciting Lake Norman depending on the time of year (SEE RESTRICTIONS BELOW). It offers a pier and floating dock on a beautiful deep-water cove across the street. Dock your boat here or park it in our large driveway. The waterfront is shared with only one other home providing a more affordable lake experience for the vacationers seeking an exceptional value. The home is charming, neat and professionally cleaned, with a beautiful great room and large front deck. The well equipped kitchen features microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. . Living areas feature WiFi and satellite TV, quality furnishings and beds, fresh paint, carpets or hardwood floors with lots of windows and natural light. Sustainability features include LED lighting, recycling service, and we purchase carbon offsets for the electricity you use. Smoking is only permitted on the front and back porch/deck areas, and outside. NOTE NO EXCEPTIONS ON PETS OR AVAILABILITY. This is also a no pet home. Only available for 28 days or more from November to March. Only available for at least 7 days and not more than 14 from April through November. This home has been enjoyed year after year by snowbirds looking for a warmer climate in a beautiful area of North Carolina. NOTE: The house has a security camera in the living room and sensors on doors and windows. The renter will turn it off by unplugging it per instructions in the Welcome Letter.
