Summary: We had a lovely stay here, it’s a great little cottage in a very good location for exploring the Broads. Quiet and private while we were there over the weekend but the building works on the farm site could be noisy during the week days. The cottage is well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc, and had very comfortable beds and good towels, but could do with some better knives and cooking pans, and there are signs of mould and damp in various rooms that need to be addressed. Well set up for our arrival, all basic supplies there, and complimentary teas, cake and milk very thoughtful. Fussier people than us might be disappointed but overall we really liked it.
