Positive: Friendly staff went out of their way to provide us some food when the kitchen was already closed. New, clean rooms.
Negative: This is really a motel along the main road, I strongly doubt it would do for sea goers. Breakfast was a bit too slow in serving, with any beverage coming at least 20 minutes after food was served.
