A newly renovated 200 square meter penthouse in the center of Athens in Koukaki area.
Enjoy the view of the Acropolis and the Filopappou hill from the top floor balcony.
Only a few minutes away from the Acropolis and other historical monuments!
Two of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 43-50 inch 'SMART' TVs and the other two bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms offering complete privacy for large groups and families.
All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Specifically, the living room has two units (12 btu and 24 btu).
The large bedrooms each have a 12btu unit and the smaller bedrooms a 9btu.
The rear bedrooms have access to small balconies (5 square meters) where you can quietly enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening.
At the front of the apartment, running along the length of the living room, is the large 50 square meter terrace, which is divided into the outdoor living room and the outdoor dining area.
It has a very nice view of Filopappou hill and the acropolis and is a magical spot for an evening summer dinner.
All the balconies and the large veranda have opening awnings so that they can be used throughout the day and at all times of the year.
There is also a WC in the living room on the side of the living room!
In the bathrooms you will find all the essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush set, hair dryer, etc.
