The stunning three stories of open floor plan make this home one of the most unique vacation rentals in Southern Colorado. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen complete with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dining room area & large sitting area with T.V. The Master bedroom is on this level with a private bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. There's also a half bath, washer & dryer. The over-sized deck has a gas grill perfect for entertaining while watching the river surrounded by 8200 feet of stunning mountain views. Plenty of space for the adults and children to play with one floor dedicated for the younger bunch. A hang out zone featuring a Foosball table, Air hockey, wet bar, game table, T.V. and a half bath. A large bedroom with private bath and a full size bunk bed & pullout futon in the common area for the kiddos. A third floor loft is light and bright for for an afternoon nap or a quiet spot to enjoy a good book. This floor features two private bedrooms, one full size bath, another queen size bed in the loft, a pullout futon & sitting table.
