Property sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom & a twin trundle bed in living room. Each bedroom along with the living room has abalcony with amazing ocean views. Kitchen is fully equipped. 2 car garage. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the Pismo Beach Pier. Fireplace, Wi-Fi and use of copier/fax machine. NO BBQs/NO PETS /NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS! *THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
