Welcome! This safe, luxurious space is available for you and your family! Come and enjoy our cozy living room area or take a break in our dedicated lounge area that is conveniently located next to the kitchen. This home also features a second level that is dedicated to entertaining. The entertainment room has a pool table, foosball table, hockey table & a street fighters arcade game. We also have a separate movie theater room that is available to entertain the kids!

The Space
This family-friendly home is located near major attractions! You will be near the DALLAS COWBOYS STADIUM, SIX FLAGS, EPIC WATERS INDOOR WATERPARK, HURRICAN HARBOR, GLOBE LIFE FIELD JOE POOL LAKE, LONE STAR PARK, TRADERS VILLAGE, RIPLEYS, & DALLAS.
The living room: Large family-sized couch with a 55" TV. Netflix, Disney+, and HOB Max included.
Game Room: An entertainment room with a full-sized pool table, foosball table, hockey table, & a STREET FIGHTERS arcade game. We also have one 40" TV with a sound system to enjoy.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, appliances, condiments, & cooking oil.
Dining Area: Dining table that seats 6 people. We also have a small lounge area that is equipped with wine glasses and board games.
Master Bedroom: King size bed with a desk for those who are working professionals.
Second bedroom: One twin size bed with one full size bed. Plenty of closet space in this room!
Third bedroom: One bunk bed that has queen size on bottom, and a full-size bed on top.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home. The only restricted area is one closet inside the master bath, used as a storage for the cleaners.
The unit itself has a keyless entry lock, that allows an easy self-check in. Your own private code will be available to you on the first day of check in.
The home also features a driveway that can accommodate for two vehicles and the garage can fit one more vehicle
Other things to note.
In order to maintain within good standing with our neighbors, all guests MUST comply with these house rules:
-No parties, events or loud music.
-Quiet hours between the hours of 10pm-7am
-No additional guests are permitted unless otherwise approved by the host.

Summary: Everything was great about our stay! The property owners were great about contacting me with check in and check out instructions. This house has EVERYTHING you need, it had plenty of options to keep the kids entertained as well as the adults! I will definitely book this place again next time we are in the area!
