This luxurious gated estate is the pinnacle of wine country, set on 7 acres of pristine Napa Valley vineyards, olive trees, vegetable gardens, deep redwood groves, fruit orchards, a pickleball court. Your own warm fresh water lake to paddleboard, swim, and play on. Interior brings new meaning to the term "open-concept" with soaring vaulted barn-style ceilings.
Separate 2,000 sqft guest house, separate building with a gym (Peloton Tread and large selection of weights and dumbbell), and Peloton cycling literally on-the-water (in the summer). Outside dramatic views of the countryside and mountains.
Pool can be heated to 85deg (for an added fee) and hot tub easily heats up to 104deg on demand (no added fee).
NOTE: The home is often booked for corporate retreats and executive offsites. Most bedrooms have sit stand desks, all setup with exterior monitors & keyboard/mouse with Macbook USB-C setups ready to play-n-play.

Outdoor spaces: between 75 olive trees, 2.5 acres of planted cabernet grapes (it is a working farm), vegetable gardens, towering redwood groves throughout the property (unique in Napa Valley). A small playground for kids, a trampoline, a pickleball court which doubles as a basketball, dodgeball, and 4-square court. And paddleboards and lake activities are abundant on this luxurious property.

The entire 7 acre property and all houses are accessible. There is a huge amount of land and spaces to explore. Kids will be in heaven. Garage and tool rooms for house manager are the only space not accessible.
