Perfect Downtown location~ close to shops, restaurants, and all the tourist attractions of State Street. Super modern and chic 3 bed/2 full-bath home + office recently remodeled from Head-to-Toe. Incredible backyard features a hot tub, lawns, firepit, pergola, fruit trees & deck. Very tranquil & peaceful setting. This home has incredible history- it was one of the 1st homes built in Santa Barbara (built in the 1800's). With our recent extensive remodel, we revamped this historical beauty to its new glory!

LIVING ROOM WITH SLEEPER SOFA:
Enjoy high 9 1/2 ft ceilings and an open floor plan. Our living room has a Queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep another 1-2 individuals. The large 80" Smart TV is packed with Netflix and other streaming options. Large sliding door opens to a charming porch with a sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the Santa Barbara sunshine.
KITCHEN:
Bathed in natural sunlight, our newly remodeled chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances boasts custom cabinetry and beautiful marble countertops. The kitchen's large French door opens directly to the expansive redwood deck, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor flow. Our home is packed with abundant glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.- to fulfill all your cooking desires.
DINING ROOM
Our dining space has a charming built-in bench seat providing abundant seating. The open floor plan seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining.
Primary bedroom:
Spacious room with French Doors that open to a seated fireplace area. Direct access to a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom. Large Smart TV. Extremely comfortable (brand new) mattresses from Sit & Sleep's luxury line. Enjoy memory foam pillows, luxury linens, and blackout shades to get the perfect night's sleep. Plus AC for perfect temperature control.
2nd Bedroom:

3rd Bedroom (Loft)
This fun space is a fan favorite amongst our guests. But please read these details so you know what to expect :) Our 3rd bedroom space is a loft on the upper level. Due to the charm of our historical house, there are parts of the loft where the headspace is not very high (kid's love this, but may not be ideal for very tall adults). This sleeping area has 2 dressers for storing clothes, but there is no built-in closet. The loft is very private and is not visible from the other areas of the house. However, since it's just a loft, there is no door to the room/area.
