Positive: What a beautiful residence in one of the old cobblestone streets of Le Mans! A castle-like interior with old furniture and spacy rooms, but a modern bathroom. Walking distance to the old center? None, really easy to go out ... At last a beautiful view on the river and the outskirts of town. from the living room. swallows flying by at your eye-level.
Negative: Very little kitchenware present, but given the forks were still packed (were we the first guests?), I guess the host will provide this in the nearby future. We didn't plan to cook there, so it was not a problem for us. One advice: it is near impossible to park nearby there, but the Place des Jacobins has several parking lots and is only 800 m walking away (the more spacy parking there is Parking Quinconces).
