Summary: Although the hotel is excellent from an aesthetic point of view, it lacks excellence. The reception communication was disproportionate to what the hotel stands for. For example, on the last day in the morning the room did not have hot water. We had to ask for a second pair of shower gel and shampoo when they knew we were two people. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.
