It is also close to some of Kea’s beaches like Otzias bay, which is 7 minutes away. This 240sq meters villa, built with natural local stone, offers luxurious accommodation, privacy and a stunning outdoor living area with a 75sq meters swimming pool, spacious terraces and a tennis court/ 5×5 football pitch. The villa, which is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for 8 people, has a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom, two more comfortable bedrooms. There is also a separate guest room with its own kitchen and bathroom. Quality outdoor furniture offers guests an opportunity for sunbathing and ultimate relaxation with a stunning view of Vourkari bay and the surrounding hills.
