Summary: Stay was just okay. The place was located near everything which was a bonus. It needs a little TLC. Beds were terribly uncomfortable (main bedroom bed was broken in the middle of the bed), furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom was moist and moldy. We actually had mushrooms growing in the bathroom. It was chilly at night and our mini-split in our bedroom didn't work, so it was cold and moist for most of the stay The washing machine only washed on the hottest setting. My son knocked over a fan in the middle of the night and we got a NoiseAware email stating that we could be kicked out if we didn't follow the house rules. The place was very clean when we arrived, but it definitely needs some work if they continue to rent.
