Positive: It's enormous! Plenty of heat and hot water. And the views... wonderful.

Negative: It could do with carpets and more furniture. The rooms echo a lot. The driveway is no joke. Even walking up it is tiring. Drive up if you dare! Plenty of free parking at the bottom though.
